# Connecting Stripe

Having customers and clients be able to pay their invoices via stripe maskes it easier than ever to accept and collect payments for your trades business, The Tradies App makes this possible.

To accept payments via Stripe you will first need to locate your Stripe publishable key, secret key and webhook secret. Finding your Stripe keys is done via the Stripe dashboard, [this documentation](https://support.stripe.com/questions/locate-api-keys-in-the-dashboard) will show you where to find your Stripe keys.

Your Stripe webhook secret can also be found in the Stripe dashboard, this documentation will show you where to find your Stripe webhook secret.

Once you have these details you can now connect your Stripe to The Tradies App to start collecting payments through your invoices.

In The Tradies App navigate to the Settings tab, then the Payment Credentials section.

This is where you enter the required Stripe details.
